Your MSYG membership application must be completed in its entirety and mailed to the MSYG secretary for processing along with the following forms and documents.
The 2010 MSYG Membership fee is $75.00 & $65.00 for additional members of the same family. From April 1-June 30 fees increase $100.00 & $90.00. July 1-Sept. 30 $125.00 & $115.00 Oct. 1-Finals 150.00 & 140.00 for additional.
The following must be included with your application and dues:
Copy of your Birth Certificate
Proof of health/accident insurance
Please note: The MSYG Application has all forms necessary in one download, but double check your check list prior to mailing your application to the MSYG. Your membership fee will include:

*MSYG fleece vest
*Chance to qualify for 2010 MSYG World Finals Team
